No bachelor or bachelorette parties or groups. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. The deposit is fully refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Total number of overnight guests does not exceed 12 (or 7 unrelated people) and the total number of daytime guests does not exceed 12. If you have more guest than identified on your reservation , your deposit will be at risk. c. You respect the quiet hours of 9pm-8am. If someone (neighbors or police) must request you to be quiet during those hours, your deposit will not be refunded and you may be asked to leave. d. The grill is clean. Only logs and fire starters in the fire pit. No trash or gasoline. Fire pit debris should be left ash bucket provided. e. The trash has been placed in the trash cans and dishes in the dishwasher. No dogs over 30 lbs or under 2 years of age. 2 pet limit. May not be left unattended at house, unless they are crated. No cats. $50 dollar pet fee will be added to reservation after initial booking. Vehicles are to be parked in driveway or attached garage only. No street parking allowed. No tall vehicles including RV’s due to height of power line to house No illegal substances are permitted in the house. If evidence of illegal activity is present, the deposit will be forfeited, and you may be asked to leave. Our insurance company requires us to include the following waiver. Upon booking our property you are agreeing to the terms of this waiver. In consideration of being permitted to utilize a lake home for short term stay (the “Premises”), including participation in use of Old Hickory Lake which are activities located in the backyard of the Premises, conducted by the RELEASORS, their CHILDREN, and their invitees, RELEASORS hereby release, waive, and discharge BRYAN & CAROLYN MOORE, from all liability to the RELEASORS, their CHILDREN, and invitees, legal representatives and assigns, for any and all loss or damages, and any claim or damages resulting there from, on account of injury to RELEASORS, RELEASORS' CHILDREN, and their invitees, person or property, even injury resulting in death of the RELEASORS, RELEASORS' CHILDREN, and invitees, whether caused by the negligence of Bryan & Carolyn Moore or otherwise while participating in lake related activities. RELEASORS agree to indemnity and hold BRYAN & CAROLYN MOORE harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of RELEASORS, their CHILDREN, and/or their invitees, in or upon the Premises or on Old Hickory Lake whether caused by the negligence of BRYAN & CAROLYN MOORE or otherwise. RELEASORS hereby assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury to RELEASORS, their CHILDREN, and their invitees, death or property damage due to the negligence of BRYAN & CAROLYN MOORE or otherwise while in or upon the Premises and while participating in activities on Old Hickory Lake. RELEASORS expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

You will have access to the entire house and grounds except for the detached garage. The Living room features a Ultra high definition (4K) 65 inch Smart TV. Gather at the dining room table, relax on the screened porch, or sip cocktails while watching the kids play in backyard. Kids of all ages will enjoy exploring the backyard. Recommend supervision for children while near lake.
